Billing

How am I billed?

Through Shopify. The charge is on your usual Shopify bill, in US dollars, and you pick or change your plan inside Shopify admin. Makeline never asks for a card.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The paid plan is free for the first 14 days, and nothing is charged if you switch to Free before then.

Are there order limits?

No. Both plans cover every order, so the bill never jumps in December.

Can I cancel?

Any time. Switch to Free, or uninstall Makeline from Shopify admin, which ends the charge.

What happens during early access?

Everything is free while Makeline is in early access, the paid plan's features included. Shops that join early keep buyer progress free after launch, and we'll say when paid plans start before anything is charged.
